How we work

From your problem to a working system.

We start with the business problem, not the technology. Then we prove it on your real work in 14 days, before you commit to anything larger.

01

Understand

We sit with the people who do the work, map how it really runs, and agree what "solved" means.

02

Design

We pick the right shape for it: an agent, a tool, an integration, or a mix, with the guardrails and approvals it needs.

03

Build

We start with a 14-day sprint: a working slice of the solution on your real workflow.

04

Run

We take it live, keep it healthy, and improve it as your business changes.

The 14-day sprint

A working slice of the solution, on your real work.

  1. Days 1 – 3

    Discover and design

We isolate the one process worth fixing first, look at its edge cases and data, and agree how we will know it works. The shape of the solution (agent, tool, integration) is decided here, not assumed.

    What you get
    • A written specification for the single process
    • Your systems, data and access mapped
    • Success criteria agreed up front, such as accuracy and turnaround time
  2. Days 4 – 10

    Build the working slice

Our engineers build and tune it with checks at every step, connected to a test copy of your systems or anonymised data. Anything risky is routed to a person.

    What you get
    • The working solution, with guardrails and approval steps
    • Testing on anonymised historical data
    • A review screen for exceptions that need a person
  3. Days 11 – 14

    Prove it on real work

It runs on real work in a staging or parallel environment. Your team reviews it against the agreed measures, and we show you what production would take.

    What you get
    • A live run on real batches of work
    • Execution logs and an accuracy report
    • A rollout plan if you want to go to production

How the commercials work

A sprint takes a dedicated senior engineer for two weeks, so it is paid in two parts. We do not publish a price list, because every build is tailored.

50% to start50% deposit before discovery begins.
50% once it works (Net 30)The remaining 50% is invoiced on Net 30 terms once the sprint is validated against the agreed measures.

If you start with a fixed-fee Discover engagement, its fee is credited against the sprint if you go ahead.

Questions

Straight answers.

What kinds of problems do you work on?

Operational problems where people spend hours on repeatable work: workflows, reporting questions, customer and dealer queries, document handling, and tools your team needs that off-the-shelf software does not cover. Documents are one part of it, not the whole.

Do we have to replace our ERP or systems?

No. We work with what you run today, such as Tally, Zoho, SAP Business One, SQL databases, spreadsheets, WhatsApp and email, and add to it. Where a tool is missing, we can build it.

What do I get after 14 days?

A working slice of the solution running on your real workflow, with logs, an accuracy report and a plan for production. You decide what happens next.

Who owns the code and the data?

You do. Your data stays yours, and what we build for you transfers to you at sign-off.

How are you different from an AI automation agency or a software house?

We start from your business problem and choose the right shape of solution, whether that is an agent, an integration, a product or all three. And we build every piece agent-native: agents do the routine work, people approve what matters, and every step is logged.

How do payments work?

A sprint starts with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is invoiced on Net 30 terms once the work is validated against what we agreed. We do not publish a price list because every build is tailored.

Do you work outside India?

Yes. Most work happens remotely over a secure connection into your environment, and on site in India and the wider Asia-Pacific where needed.

Is there anything you will not build?

Yes. We stay away from medical and clinical decision systems, credit or insurance decisions about individuals, and anything that needs us to log in to a government portal with someone else's credentials. We focus on operational work inside your own business, where a person can always review what the agent did.

Is the AI always right?

No. That is why we test against your real cases before go-live, set limits on what the agent can do, and keep a person in the loop for anything that matters.

Tell us the problem

We take on a small number of sprints each month so every one gets senior attention.
