How we handle your data.

Voultrix (voultrix.space), based in Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, is the data fiduciary / controller for information collected through this website. Contact: contact@voultrix.space.

When you submit the contact form: your name, company, work email address and the description of your workflow. We also receive your IP address and browser user-agent with the request, which we use to prevent abuse.

We do not run advertising trackers and we do not set marketing cookies. Cloudflare may process basic request data (such as IP address) to serve and protect the site.

Only to read and answer your enquiry, to coordinate a technical consultation if you ask for one, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for unrelated marketing.

• Cloudflare: hosting, bot protection (Turnstile) and traffic security.
• Supabase: database where enquiries are stored (Asia-Pacific region).
• Nitrosend: delivers the notification email about your enquiry to our team.
• Zoho Mail: our team mailbox, where replies to you are sent and received.

We keep an enquiry for as long as needed to respond and to follow up on any engagement that results from it. If nothing comes of it, we delete it on request or when it is no longer useful to us.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and the GDPR or CCPA where they apply to you, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to withdraw consent, or to raise a complaint. Email contact@voultrix.space and we will respond within a reasonable time, and no later than the law requires.

Submissions are sent over HTTPS, checked for bots, and written to a database that is not publicly writable or readable. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people who need it.

If this notice changes materially we will update the date above.
